Convicted murderer Dee Dee Moore denies killing lotto winner
Virginia has NEVER been an anonymous state. If you have any basic google skills, you can find the 4 states easily. Some other states do allow you to claim via a trust like DC. Virginia does not.

7 state lotteries join forces for multi-state raffle
remaining anonymous for a raffle seems trite considering it's only a paltry million before taxes. you people don't get even remotely interested in the lottery unless it's 100 million or more so why all this enthusiasm for a raffle which you know they are going to keep even more of it than they do for the bi-weekly games. after taxes you'll get 600k or so, hardly a life changing score. stick with your mm and powerball dreams, this idea will see sales diminish after the fervor dies down beginning

Surely the average criminal doesn't think they can get money out of us quicker than they could them if we won it. You just do what they do. Move to a gated community enclave a

$123M EuroMillions lottery winner claims prize
I think it's better to remain anonymous for the winner's sake. It's really good to know that some winners prefer to live simply rather than living with a luxurious life. Winners should know how to spend their money wisely.
