Costa Rica not caving to U.S. gambling arrests
good article.i don't see why we can't regulate and legalize online gambling.if you can buy a lottery ticket or go to a horse race then what is the big deal about gambling on the internet? the people have spoken in favor of online gambling and what the people want they should get.

Interesting AOL article
That article is referring to The Lottery Book, by Don Catlin. It a pretty good book from the perspective that it gives an idea what to look for in choosing a game to play, but once you've chosen your games, it use diminshes a bit.

Lottery-check scams get more seductive, ingenious

34-year lottery quest finally pays off
I guess I should have read the article better. I missed that. At least her hunch paid off. It was obviously worth it.

Lottery winners advised to be wise with wealth
Great article. Goebel's approach sounds like one that actually wants to help protect and carefully build on what they've got. He doesn't seem to be pushing people's portfolios directly towards large percentages of risky investments with promises of high yields. Insured money market sounds nice to me. Mutual funds...maybe, maybe not.

Andy Rooney: Lotteries and lottery players are stupid
Daryn Kagan is leaving CNN to start a website of only 'good news'. It's supposed to startup mid November. I've already got it bookmarked. Here's the story - http://apnews.myway.com/article/20060803/D8J973880.html
