Mega Millions winner forced to split jackpot with co-workers
So lottery-pool man wins, regrets playing (only since he won as he most assuridly would have loved being in a pool had one of his other co-'s won), hides win, scams job with false declaration of needed and upcoming surgery, disappears for a semi-short period of time, returns claiming lottery win and IS SURPRISED that one of his co's would have checked dates to see when his win was.
So... he either figures that his co's are as stupid as he would have been, or that they are as stupid as he WISH

PICK 4,5,6 Cracked - New System
Performing ball placement probability as people are doing here on LP is correct but only for the first ball a user selects.
When a user selects a ball it is removed from the original pool, looking at the statistics of the new pool it can then be seen that the distributions for all combinations then change.
To correctly analyse lotteries using ball placement probability you need to recalculate the distributions after any change is made to the pool.
The way people are doing it on LP is as

Flood Dream
Hey, approx. 2 days I ago I had this weird frightening dream. A couple of buddies and I were swimming at in indoor pool, even a few celebrities were there. We we're all swimming until the whole indoor pool got flooded. Everything was covered by water, however we were still able to breath in the water but our breath was limited (it was odd, like we had oxygen tanks but didn't). We all preceded to leave the indoor pool in hopes of finding air. When we left the indoor pool we entered my apartment (

Pick-4 for Dummies Thursday 06/10/2010 [0,3,5,9]
Ok, who needs some help with these numbers??
Let's go thru some routines and try to help some individuals make some money up in here (smile).
There are a total of twenty (20) numbers in the system. If you were to take the twenty number(s) and play them ALL boxed at fifty cents each it would cost you TEN DOLLARS [$10.00] to play, TWENTY DOLLARS to play STR/BOX.
Of these TWENTY numbers we have FOUR that are super pick-4 numbers, or best picks, these are the numbers that we use to go after

and they go in a electronic bucket and when you chose it randomly picks one just from that pool of numbers.
Hmmm...
Thanks for any ideas, links, suggestions...I appreciate it.

Developing a winning MegaMillions System
I've been playing MegaMillions since before the last 333 drawings of its last matrix change back 676 drawings when its name was BigGame. During that time I have been developing a system to win it but the closes I came was when I reduced the core number pool to 25 and the bonus number pool to 10 and had all the winning numbers in those two groups twice.
Playing 10 lines allows me to use the numbers in the core numbers pool twice and the ones in the bonus number pool once. The two times that a

Running an office Powerball pool is discouraging
I run a combination Lotto/Powerball pool in my office and we haven't won the big one yet, but we have won alot of small prizes like $3, $4, $7, etc. This does happen fairly often, so I guess we're doing OK.
I currently have 8 people in the pool, and we each put in $4 every payday(2 weeks). What I do is buy a mix of multidraw tickets for Powerball and Lotto for the next 4 drawings. When we win small prizes, we keep them until we make it to a multiple of $4, then we buy extra tickets.

For SC p3 players, if you knew of a pool of 7 players, would you...
For SC p3 .50 cents boxed players, if there was a pool and would only allow 7 players, would you participate if you knew there was a concept that was affective in hitting one of the 7 strings at least once daily most of the time (about 85%) and if you were to picked/pulled the one right string out of 7 strings containing 27 combination (21 singles, and 6 doubles mixed) in each string?
Now what I mean about pool of players is, 7 players, each pulling only one of the 7 strings consisting of 27

working out syndicate groups?
Some good points I left out. I do make copies of all the tickets and distribute them to all the members and yes, I do keep a list. In my case, it's the same members every 2 weeks, so it's not really an issue except if we get a new member or one leaves. I don't actively recruit new members so the pool will be easier to manage, so those issues have rarely come up.
In spite of these precautions, there is a chance some issues will come up. For example, I have a member of my pool who says she
