If I were running my states lottery I would...Reply
Mandate the use of ball machines. Live Televised/streamed drawings. Increase payout ratios (this one would problably end my tenure in the job quite quickly!) Eliminate pre-tests. Introduce parimutuel payouts (prize pool divided by number of winners) and thereby eliminate blocking of numbers. Negotiate a huge salary, many perks, and a generous golden parachute for myself!

Australian pools lottery
Does anyone play the Australian pools lottery? Essentially it is a 6 from 38 game and the numbers are created from the highest scoring soccer matches for the week. Each soccer game is given a number, and the highest 6 games will generate 6 numbers. I am unable to put up a link, but you can google it. It jackpots, but the current prize is around the AUD$115k mark.. It seems to me that if you had knowledge of different soccer matches you could increase your odds from someone just picking

Hi unlucky, sounds you have put a lot of thought into your playing. My suggestion would be to experiment for one week buy single tickets from different locations. Then try buying 5 from a single locations and track your results and let us know what you find. ive been playing for lotto 8 months and I play every day 20-30$ mostly 5$ tickets. Lately I've done better buying 10 tickets from the same pack at once rather than buying 2 from 5 locations. For the first 5 months I only played 30$ ti

That would be interesting. However, it would have to happen much more often to get me to play for lower JPs on a regular basis again. I had at least 1 line for every draw for over 17 years and never won more then $4 and that's w/ the MP For me it would have to happen so often MUSL would be forced to increase the matrix...which may happen anyway. I'd rather play CFL and LFL for smaller JPs

The Wolf is knocking at the door. This is wholesale greed if I ever saw it. Many of these lawmakers are pulling in 6 figures, the people who will pay for this are pulling in 5. And right around the corner, the 2017 Obamacare Employer Mandates, the new tax structure and the changes in Health care insurance costs, oh , and the increase for not having insurance. Hope there is a special place in hell for all these people who believe they can take from us to fund their opulent lifestyles.
