When do you buy your QP's?
I live in FL too. I've purchased my tickets a day ahead of time, on the day of the drawing and as late as 9:30 at night. I guess you could call around to find out which stores keep their lottery terminals active until 11. I think you can purchase Lotto tickets up to 10:45, but I'm not 100% sure.
I've also bet the same 4 combinations for over 12 years, bet quick picks as well, at different stores, in different towns, at different times.
When you consider there are almost 23 million com

strike the lotto
Yup, you're right, here it is: https://www.lotterypost.com/news/100094.htm
However, check out the date I created the petition: https://www.lotterypost.com/news/94616.htm
It was August 29, 2004 -- two and a half months before Wisconsin announced the transition to fake drawings.
So technically you're right, Wisconsin did switch after the petition was started.
However, one does not switch to fake drawings in two and a half months, and the petition would not have been able to stop the sw

Lucky For Life
Wait a minute: Scientific Games personnel will begin installing mix match key caps on Integra terminals in early November. ??????
Translation: This is ANOTHER RIGGED Computerized game!
What the heck can be so scientific about replacing ping pong balls in a tube? Answer: CONTROLLING THE OUTCOME OF DRAWINGS THROUGH SUBTLE, SOPHISTICATED SOFTWARE sold to States to MAXIMIZE their profits at players' expense!
This isn't mix match ! No, this is FLIP SWITCH!

The Accounting Firm
The Accounting Firm of Watchen, Ewe, and Goode has never, to my knowledge, revoked a drawing due to illegal or unethical practices.
Does anyone know of a story where the CPA witness has revoked a drawing?
Has it ever happened?
And is there really any point to having a CPA witness present during a computerized drawing?
What are your thoughts about these CPA witnesses to the lottery drawings?

Um Pisssed! MO is bad!
I wish!
No, what they are doing is closing down the system and doing the drawing right then. It use to be you could buy all the way up until 15 minutes before the drawing and then the drawings would be aired live at 6:58 for the eve game. Now, they draw at 6:45. So, the aired shows at 6:58 are no longer live (they didn't bother to mention that to anybody). I'm not sure when they close down the system now probably 6:40. if not, it may still be 6:45, but only after they shut down the buying pro

Lottery Post member turns up the heat on the Hoosier Lottery
Gtech has most lottery contracts in the United States. They have in each state 2 large computers that runs the lottery in each State. Everyone is concerned about computerized drawing and want the old drawing machines back. I don't want any of them really. Why? They are all controlled, by Gtech. I live in Houston, Texas and can tell you its all corrupt. The trial for Enron is finally starting here in Houston where the Enron Headquarters went bust. Gtech ought to be the next company to go

Subj: Re: daily 4 winnerDate: 3/21/05 2:30:33 PM Central Standard TimeDear Player: Thank you for your message regarding the Daily 4 $50,000 winner. The Indianapolis woman you are referring to played it straight on her$10 Daily 4 ticket. In the March 8 midday drawing, she multiplied herwinnings by 10 and claimed a $50,000 prize. She essentially won 10times. When playing Daily 4, you can place up to a $10 wager to increaseyour payout if you win. I have provided you with a brief example below:A

Pick 3 is Rigged in Ohio

Sign the petition - eliminate computerized drawings!
I signed as well, and I believe we all should. As RickG pointed out, randomness is not the issue. RNG's have a much higher potential for abuse than do mechanical draw machines using ping-pong balls. The way it works is, first, the lottery introduces a new game, usually a Pick-3 midday game. If they announce it at all, they tell us it will be drawn with an RNG, but they don't bother to give us any details, such as the manufacturer, or how they determine the odds of winning (in a Pick-3 game drawn
