And can you imagine the rollovers? Would likely increase at the same rate but since they would be starting at one it could take 5 or more draws just to get to 10 prizes. boxed hit va mid 699 as 996 on page 37 of the november thread 11-1 -11/30/2014 by increase. i posted the list that on november 21st. this list has has not skipped a more than four draws without providing a winning number since nov 21st. the last two winning numbers were for day and eve for 12-15 from this list. when this list skips six draws i will consider it non active. i published the new list in this forum since i thought that list might go dead but if refuses to die.

I would not be surprised if eventually they converted it to a plain raffle. That is the simplest and easiest concept to understand, and we don't have any national raffles.
