Calif. lottery winners try to remain as anonymous as possible
It is my understanding that a trust does not need to be created.
I thought the CA Lottery Commission don't need to release the names of the winners.

Lottery officials are legally required to release the winner's name, where the ticket was purchased and the amount won, (Alex Traverso) said.
I'm calling BS on this one. Alex Traverso the lotto spokesman, needs to get his facts straight. Lottery officials are NOT legally required to release the winner's name. How many times have we read a California SuperLotto Plus winner claim the prize anonymously? As in the winner's name was never given out to the public.

Store payout when a winning ticket is sold (in Tennessee)
According to the Powerball website news release concerning the June 2 Missouri jackpot winner, The winning ticket was sold at the Hub Carry Out. The store [owner] was paid $100,000 for selling the winning ticket.
As for Tennessee retailers (TN lottery website), Economic benefits to retailers include a 6.5% commission on lottery sales in your store. A Tennessee Retailer who sells a winning Powerball jackpot ticket will also receive a $25,000 selling bonus.

Yes it was a dream, he has been in jail for about 15 years now for multiple murders and i am not so happy that he will be released soon...... maybe the dreams are because of my subconsciousness that's pretty much uneasy about his release.... i don't wish ever to be introduced to him, and i think my bf is intimidated by him..... i recently leatnt that he had shot my bf in the thigh when he was 12 and my bf was 14......
