I assume you mean the Win for Life game??? If so, I had ok luck. Spent $4 on 4 numbers (2 of mine and 2 quickpick, won on my 2) and won $4 from it. The free ticket didn't give me anything. As for the annuity opiion, I personally think I am going to get kinda old (hell doesn't want me and heaven can't take me).
