Hello everybody, First post. I'm not a very sophisticated kind of player. Numbers and math and calculating just make my head spin. I'm more of a quick pick, birthday, favorite number, hunches kind of player. Over the years (about 30) with on again, off again occasional playing my best wins were a $1900 plus win on a 5 of 6 Lotto and two Pick 3 straights for $500 each and a couple $100's on pick 5's. Even though I have been using the same set of numbers for years, I still try to play my numbers at my favorite store. I have this weird feeling that the main computer will recognize the same set at the same place and have mercy on the player (who happens to be me) I know its silly to think that way but I do. Another Rare NY Draw
As of 8/3/09, the number 17 has come out five draws in a row. I think this occured around a year ago with a number in the 30's (34 or 38 I think). Dosent happen often. As I always say on these posts..who could have predicted this? Hot number players I guess. Really hot. Meanwhile, the winner will be some drunken wine-o who purchased a quick pick from a dingy liquor store in Queens. The kind with the bullet proof windows. Along with his bottle of ripple. I stay away from jackpot games. Occasionally I'll do a quick pick on powerball and face the odds, but the odds for jackpot games are incredible plus the historical analysis is worthless since they change it so often. I have the same feeling towards jackpot games....it really is just dumb luck. As for predicting exact numbers, playing them and doing it more than once....I've done that as have many, many others here. More than once.
