First Site Update in Almost 3 Months!
I gotta tell you, the hardest thing of all about creating the new results pages was amassing a collection of high-quality logos for each game.
Some state lotteries really helped me out by providing some great graphics, but for the most part I had to create or modify them myself. It took forever!!
Not only did I have to obtain/create/modify hundreds of graphic images, but the sizes all had to work perfectly together. On each lottery results page, I resized the images so that when they are a

POLL: Jackpot amounts
I'd gladly accept the $5-10 MIL on a regular six number jackpot. It's actually easier to win, in terms of odds, than the PB or MM game and I play this one as opposed to the multi-state lotteries. Five million should take very good care of anyone with reasonable financial skills. Just my .02

Mega Millions or Powerball will reach Half a Billion.
With all the Lottery States selling both Multi-State lotteries, Mega Millions and Powerball, do you see the jackpots of either game reaching 500 Million or more this year?
I think it will reach at least 500 Million.

$333 MILLION: Mega Millions lottery jackpot increased
Rare mid-week increase spurred by massive sales
Mega Millions lottery players across the United States are pulling out the stops for tonights drawing, which now stands as the largest Mega Millions grand prize in 2 years.
Because of the frantic ticket sales rate, lottery officials revised the jackpot earlier today to a staggering $333 million, with a lump-sum cash option of $210.4 million.
It is the second-largest Mega Millions jackpot of all time or third-largest, if you count the $365

Passailaigue says players superstitious, spooked by changes in draw format
Arkansas lottery officials say their decision to use a computer to generate winning numbers when lottery games start this fall makes economic sense, but the use of computerized drawings by lotteries in other states has not been free of problems.
In July 2007, the Tennessee Education Lottery moved to save costs by doing away with its televised drawi

Proposed Mass. budget includes nonexistent lottery money
Issue highlights problem with budgeting based on speculation
When Massachusetts lawmakers approved a $24.7 billion state budget last week, they included $25 million in expected revenue from the multi-state lottery game, Powerball.
The trouble is, the state's bid to become a part of the game had been rejected and state Treasurer Timothy P. Cahill neglected to let legislators know.
To make matters worse, the inclusion of Powerball revenue in the state budget was based upon the notion that

What Would You Change About Your State Lottery?
Ohio has all the standard games that most states have,$1-$20 scratch-offs, pick3/4 (mid-day and evening), pick5 (5/39 daily), pick6 (6/49 three times weekly), Keno (twice daily) and a multi-state game, MegaMillions.
The only thing I might change is the payouts of our Classic Lotto to a more generous amount similar to Michigan's Classic Lotto47 (6/47) which pays $5 for a match3 (Ohio $2), $100 for a match4 (Ohio $75) and $2500 for a match5 (Ohio $1500).
