Consecutive numbers for QPs. How often do you get them?
I lurk here nearly everyday but haven't posted much, due to not having allot to add to the board. That said this has been weighing on my mind for quite some time. Let me tell you how my day started.......... So I stopped at the convenience store for Tuesdays MM game. I had two numbers I choose at random and a quick pick. Oh forgot to tell you this.....I bought a quick pick cash 5 ticket.....actually $5 worth and got 4 out of 5 exactly right on one of them and believe it or not they were in order of the numbers that came up and I won $269. I like to play scratchers a whole lot more than I do numbers games. I especially like to try out new scratchers when they come out. I only play Mega Millions if the jackpot gets $100 Million or more (like this Friday....which means I need to drag out my GA Lottery Player's Club coupon for Mega Millions BOGO (buy one-get one (quick pick) free)). That will never happen to any of us. It seems we at LP are very serious players and EXPECT to win, therefore all tickets are accounted for and all tickets are checked and double checked minutes after the drawing or at least the next morning. And If the winner is from your state, how many of you triple check the tickets? I definately would. I would even check the tickets when the numbers drawn are definately not mine, as though my numbers miraculously turned into the matching quick pick num

jim695, that sounds like a good menu of statistics. Think I will consider buying that software. I'm currently working on a large spreadsheet to use for finding numbers to play. I've only tested it for real the last three weeks and I've won 1x3, 2x3 and 1x3 numbers (3 numbers = last prize = $8 - $9.50), playing 20 lines on Viking Lotto. Not much, but it's definetly an improvement over quick picks. The statistics on my spreadsheet doesn't cover a tenth of what Advantage Plus covers. I pick

Yes. Idaho only has games that can't be cancelled AFAIK and I don't want to hear on the news that someone bought the ticket I turned down. In fact, I just bought one yesterday. Last week I handed the cashier playslips with quick picks. He told me he preferred I just ask for a quick pick, I didn't need to fill out a playslip. I told him I often get the wrong games if I just ask. So yesterday I have the same cashier. I tell him I'd like 5 Powerballs and 1 Hot Lotto, please. What do I get? 5
