The possibilities for fraud in RNG games
Hi everybody,
I have been following this thread with objective eyes. Anyone knows that many lottery players tend to play dates , like today, the pick 3 combination 147 and pick 4 combination 0147 (14 of july[07] in any order) has been played quite heavily. So, go figure it out. I haven't had the time yet to do some investigations, but if not a single draw result in any pick 3 or pick 4 state, that uses a computer to draw the numbers, matched the exact date of the draw (day-month) at one poin

Enron founder Kenneth Lay is dead
Enron Founder Kenneth Lay Dies at 64
Enron Corp. founder Kenneth Lay, who was convicted of helping perpetuate one of the most sprawling business frauds in U.S. history, died Wednesday of a heart attack in Colorado. He was 64.
Well, a lot of folk's wishes came true, but then again this isn't the way they thought it would end.
Some will say he needed to pay his price for the fraud he helped perpetuate, but then again, maybe ol Satan will help him out a bit in that department....

Pick 4 Math Help?
Hi Bryan,
Yeah, a couple years (a year and a half?) they went to RNG. But in spite of that, and I do know the debate offered on LP about machines vs RNG, I have found very little difference in hitting states where they use RNG vs states still using machines. I do prefer to play the machine states, but that is mostly because there are fewer of them, and I use this for a method of reducing the number of states that I have to examine.
I know there is likely more potential for fraud possible b

online poll....will H.R. 411 become law?
However, I wish lottery tickets could be purchased from state lotteries on the interenet across state lines. Konane
There is no law governing this and some states do sell tickets by mail. Massachusetts definitely does. In fact, you can buy a season ticket by calling a toll free number and they will mail you the slips. There is one exception, which is the MegaMillions. They will sell you all state games, but not MM. I guess the combined states have agreed not to sell tickets by mail. Some st

13 State Employees to Share $224 Million Powerball Lottery Jackpot
Ha! No extra money coming my way. It just strikes me as odd that many people hold lotteries to a different standard. I guess it is because they are owned by the states and we are all owners of the state. But kind of like yellling I pay your salary at the police officer who writes you a ticket.
I see comments like If they were not the lottery, the AG would be on them for fraud (or whatever). What? I just saw a Best Buy TV add selling a 42 inch plasma screen that is sure to keep yo

You guys want to make some money?
Just because you do not have the gift of pre-sight, remote viewing, or what ever one wants to call it, you should not knock it and say it's a waste of time!
I am sure Cashman can defend himself, however, he did not say "it's a waste of time!" in reference to remote viewing. He said Aaron did not use remote viewing as Aaron stated he did. And for Pac to not waste time going in that direction. Rather that Pac should spend time trying to come up with a workable formula.
Pac, I wouldn't gi

Mass. Lottery dispute takes bizarre turn
The law disagrees with your view on both points. The one fact about the circumstances of this case that is undisputed is that St John found the ticket, and the laws about found property are clear. St John only becomes the lawful owner of anything he finds if the person who lost it intended to abandon it or doesn't come forward in the period specified by law.
That's what that is above.
ANY lottery ticket is a BEARER Instrument and that's a fact! That's all that should be recognized here!

Lottery winner pleads innocent to ID theft, fraud charges
If you didn't see it, there's a link to a previous article about the case in the related stories box, and that article has more information. If the newspaper articles are correct, the woman got a check for $33,000 and two weeks later the cops could only find $1300. If that's any indication, the most she is likely to have done is make the minimum monthly payment so that the card wouldn't be cancelled, or perhaps she only started to use the card shortly before her arrest. Either way it probably wo
