I didn't even vote because I think this is a personal answer and the answer is different for everyone. I am a huge believer in the Secret. For years, I would pray and try to manifest winning the lottery...I eventually realized that there are millions of people doing the same thing, so I changed tactics. I pray and am trying to manifest millions of dollars...if the universe chooses to bring them about via a lottery, then so be it. If not, I will still be just as happy with millions of dollars.
