Some of you....
DISCLAIMER: The above is an opinion by Shane3 and is not intended to be legally binding. This opinion does not assert that the Biggames are cheating the public. Shane3, It was nice of you to post a disclaimer, but I think everyone know you are just stating your opinion which isn't supported with facts. If you really believed that ball sets were selected depending on the combinations waged or the drawings are systematically drawn to pay out the least why wouldn't you play your numbers

Six indicted in alleged $48 million lottery operation
These guys didn't pay any taxes on that money. When the government get done charging penalties and fines, they will owe twice as much as they earned. Years ago I participated in a company saving program that allowed employees to save up to 10% of their pay and the company would contribute an additional 30% to the account which had to set idle collecting interests for four years. At the end the four years, the account was freed up and taxes had to be paid on the company contributions and t

code breaking and the LOtto...
O.K then.....I guess alonzo was incredible....I wasn't here so i can't say... Pacathack05 men, you nailed it, you took the words out of my mouth... if they only left those damn machines/pre-tests alone, people would win more often ....Someone ought to sue the state for that..you are going to tell me that they are going to do pre-test for until the numbers fall in the random guidelines...that's cheating..Only because the state collects 50% (or whatever digit) do they have to do that i say...

Playing Overseas / No taxes?
So I will assume that if you win at an overseas casino and they send you a check that you dont have to report those winnings as income? Any income earned, whether here or abroad is taxable as long as your residence is in the United States and you are a citizen. That also includes winning lotteries or gambling abroad. Even if you live outside of the United States for a short time, you can't avoid paying tax. People often open offshore accounts or leave the country to avoid paying tax if

Texas 724 ??
I am so disappointed with TLC!!! I feel they are cheating. I pulled 744 from the pretest results and probably many others did too! That was an easy win last night I thought! Why why did they send the numbers to T.V. and lottery sites? They didn't want to payout all that money to winners for 744. Is there a live drawing or just their word? 602038802/07/064,7,4N02/07/06TX Night$0.25$225.00 602038702/07/067,4,4N02/07/06TX Night$0.25$225.00 602038602/07/064,4,7N02/07/06TX Night$0.25$225.00

"Taping" in advance & Conspiracy Theories
This question comes to mind every time a jackpot gets extraordinarily high. What if, and I stress IF , the PB/MM drawings were taped in advance? For example:The jackpot is at $250M. Lottery directors hope it rolls over for a bigger JP. Most players hope they hit it, but a few want it to roll, even though they got their numbers, too (they're playing for secondary prizes).Drawing Time (i.e., MM, Tue., 11pm EST) occurs. This drawing is live. After it is finished certified, the normal computer chec

Lottery joke =)
Leaving! I'm writing you this letter to tell you that I'm leaving you for good. I've been a good woman to you for seven years and I have nothing to show for it. These last two weeks have been hell. Your boss called to tell me that you had quit your job today and that was the last straw. Last week, you came home and didn't notice that I had gotten my hair and nails done, cooked yourfavorite meal and even wore a brand new negligee. You came home and ate in two minutes, and went straight to sleep

Lottery ticket thieves beginning to strike across Tennessee
Lottery fever isn't just for paying customers.Thieves from Memphis to Knoxville are trying to cash in on the games, and store owners are taking matters into their own hands to counter them.Ali Haimed of Memphis learned the hard way that criminals have a new target after the lottery's Jan. 20 startup. When he opened his store Jan. 30, about $1,500 worth of tickets and the clear display case they were in were both gone. They took the whole box, Haimed said.Several lottery ticket thefts have been

Tennesseans cash in
Retailers were busy the first day of the Tennessee Lottery, but of the 3,500 retail locations selling the tickets less than 4 percent experienced major problems.Tennessee Education Lottery Corporation (TELC) spokesperson Kym Gerlock said it was a good day overall with several $1,000 winners.Problems that occurred included that some retailers had tickets, but not the equipment or software to sell them, others had the equipment, but not the tickets.Lee Huang, owner of the Berry Hill Market, at 808
