Alabama voted on a lottery in 1999 and the people chose to vote against it. Other bills have been introduced since then but never got to the people. That will probably happen again.

As for me ,I have long since my discovery and formulation of my sum odes vtracs strategy decided to focus on Sums,Sum codes -Vtracs and Rundowns ( well categorized. groups of nimbers instead of natural numbers, never regretted to Overide my Pick 3 data analysis programming code ( python ) script refinement to reflect draw type occurrence , frequencies, patterns and trends in addition to probablistic SC-1 sequencing instead of percentage tuning for number randomness which Ii believe no longer occ
