Cash 5 Fever in PA
A word of warning....listen to the machine when you're purchasing your block of 5...the vouchers that come out for the random $50 wins come
on the heels of your Cash 5 ticket..as a separate ticket. There are no whistles, bells or jingles. Your Cash 5 ticket will say you won but you need
the voucher to get your cash. Don't let some weasel clerk keep your voucher, make sure you get both slips.
This hit me how easy it would be for someone to withhold your second slip and just give you what

Budgeting When Buying Instants
i am a new player, but i won straight out of the gate so i'v got it bad. Not until my 6-7th ticket did i ever see a loser. 46 tickets later, and only down $35 on $5 jumbo's, i scratched my first $500 ticket. I personally feel that the scratch lottery offers the best odds for the type of gambling i want to do. I've played keno in casino's for years, and lost more cash than I could ever win back. Meanwhile, the jackpot on the machine for a total match is usually $1,500 or less. After playing giant

Have you ever been put back in line when redeeming lottery tickets?
I went to a convenience store to redeem 2 scratch offs worth 11 bucks. I was put back in line twice even though I came first because the clerk said it took a while to redeem the ticket. The 2nd time she did that she told me to come back in 20 minutes. I was up set but didn't say anything and just left the store .
This is why I much prefer to buy and redeem my lottery tickets in a major grocery store, rather than a convenience store. The major grocery store has a lottery vending machine that n

Post your scratch ticket results
Well I was trying to post a picture of my ticket but I can't figure out why this forum doesn't post pictures from photobucket like all other forums in the universe does... so guess you have to take my word for it.. '
Me is thinking cash in the ticket and another bottle of wine and staying away from the scratchers machine until I feel it again..
BTW I am a Sagittarius the luckiest of all zodiac, And originally from Nevada. Before moving away from North East Nevada I had won 10 royal f

Should you stick to just one scratch game
That is pitiful. I would take them to the lottery and see what they could do. That is beyond unreasonable. I would think all packs should pay back 40% minimum, but I guess they have to offset the big winners somehow.
I have been flip flopping back and forth about my theory on random or same games. I think on one hand the lottery odds suck that bad you have to stay on one game and maybe one location to play the safest. The more you jump around, the better chance of keep coming up with losers.

Should I report this error or not?
It might be a good idea for LP members to know what these numbers are. My tickets have 3 uniques series of numbers on the front and one or two on the back that indicates its position on the roll of paper it is printed on.
I bought a ticket once with the bar code completely cut off. I got home before I discovered it. Well, I thought I would take it up with the lottery commision if I win but it was a losing ticket so promblem solved.
Recently, I got a winning ticket, I went to cash it but ti

I was going to put more $ on this # but I did something I usually don't do. I wasted money on scratchoffs! I rarely buy scratchoffs maybe 3 or 4 times a year only. So i'm in the store and I see a guy buy a $5 scratchoff called minute to win it form the machine. I'm writing down my #'s and thinking about which ones to play. Few minutes later he throws the scratchoff ticket in the garbage which means it was a losing ticket. I thought let me buy one since the last one was a loser maybe the next one

Cheated lottery winner files lawsuit
I would think the only way they could hold the lottery commission liable is if they knew this is a regular occurrence and they have failed to institute better safeguards. Otherwise, I think the store should be liable for the guy's money. It was their employee who stole it in the line of his work.
What could lotteries do to keep this from happening so often? I wish the machine would print a receipt every time a ticket was checked that is given to the player. That wouldn't help occasional playe
