Chart for Final P3 Picks
Some folks play the game occassinally, some for budget or strategy. 291 Base is a good trigger point( do a month test for your state based on 291). Is all about few hits with big payout, don't try to catch every base, be dilligent and concise with your betting strategy. I play the game 4 or 5 times in a month, i stick to only day or night, i play my picks in advance(usually 5 draws, this prevents me from changing a Base before time frame is up).
NB: The strategy is based on THE PREMISE OF RE

Montana Lottery celebrates 25 years of jackpot dreams
The Montana Lottery celebrated its 25th anniversary late last month with parties at retail locations around the state and knowledge that it was on a roll.
We had a successful first 24 years, said Montana Lottery Director Angela Wong, who's been in the role 18 months. And we just completed a record fiscal year, with sales of more than $50 million for the first time and weekly sales exceeding $1 million for an unprecedented 19 weeks.
Fiscal year 2012 ended June 30, and preliminary data ind

Buying More Tickets Does Not Increase Your Odds.
Thrifty is right, each individual ticket (one line of numbers) is up against the very same odds, 175,000,000 to one.
You can't increase or decrease the Odds without changing the game matrix.
The enriched Powerball game will still have participants choosing their first five numbers from a pool of 59, but the numbers available for the Powerball itself will drop to 35 from 39. That will raise the odds of winning to 1 in 175 million from 1 in 192 million.
It does not matter how ma

Ruling by Justice Dept. opens a door on online gambling
You're making a mountain out of a mole hill because the majority of sales in every state lottery including Tennessee are scratch-offs. If some players are worried about paying taxes or have a way of collecting their winnings without the IRS knowing, they'll continue to buy the online game tickets at their local stores.
I doubt interstate online ticket sales will drastically boost sales unless a lottery comes up with a must play game. The one area where I do see a potential is raffle tickets.

Mathematics and the Lottery
Apples and oranges. Card counting simply shifts the advantage of a game that's not random from the house to the player by changing the rules of the game. Recognzing flaws, such as an improper RNG, are also based on a change in the rules of the game
The question of whether or not a winning system for beating the lottery is possible is an entirely different matter. Occasional flaws aside, lottery games are random; you place your bet without knowing anything about your hand or the dealers. Until

Casino vs Lottery
Sounds like you and your dad gamble hoping to get lucky and win a life-changing amount of money rather than for entertainment. How many times have you heard of anyone spending $5-$20 at a casino and ending up a millionaire?
Playing casino games and playing the lotteries are both gambling but they are for a different type of gambler. The only thing you need to know to play a lottery game is the price of the ticket but unless you're just going to play the slots at a casino then you're going to

Instant Machines!
I worked in a grocery store for 10 years. I can tell you the machine is just a way to get more tickets available. We only had room to keep about 15-20 behind the counter. This was a way to get another 20 games out to be played. I can also speak about TheGameGirls problem with the ticket cutting. It is the store who installs the tickets. I use to do it often. When you add a new ticket, you have to make sure to change how many inches between tickets that it cuts. For instance, the 100,000 Bingo is

What's with NY Sweet Million??
Yes, jacal5 I'm only playing $5 SM QP'S, BUT MOST OF THE TIME I SPREAD THE $5 AROUND THE DIFFERENT GAMES( $1 TAKE 5 QP, $1 SWEET MILLION QP, $1 NY LOTTO QP, $1 MEGA MILLIONS QP AND $1 POWERBALL QP), OR I might double my chances in two games by playing $2 quick pick on each and $1 quick pick on another.I JUST FOOL AROUND WITH THE $5.When you spread the $5 around different games, you are what they call a lottery dabbler because you are jumping from games to games without any focus on a particular

CA - Fantasy 5
I think that California Fantasy 5 game really should start at $100,000 prize instead of the measly $50,000 starting point.
I don't really like to play much unless the amount is over $100,000 or more, and really pile on when it is over $250,000 or at record levels like now at over $608,000.
Every time it goes over $100,000 the participation seems to increase and increments by $100,000 or more every day anyway. So they should be able to do this without changing the game format. Or do you thi

Top 10 "Reasons" why the Powerball Lottery is a scam...!
Before cross selling each game avoided accepting states next to ones already selling their game so when a new state was added its players and those from its surrounding states were added too.
In Ohio, many Ohioan won PB jackpots before PB was sold locally, they traveled to Indiana, Kentucky and Pennsylvania for tickets. Adding Ohio probably did add some players but Ohio was probably helped more by selling PB tickets than the PB game was and the surrounding states lost those out of state sales
