Those grand prizes not being in at least one of these states (CA, TX, FL or NY) is odd. The real eyebrow raiser was out of 89 second prize winners, there was no representation from TX, FL or NY. Funny thing, I have never watched a live drawing. I have also never watched a full recorded drawing where all numbers get drawn, it's always those short clips on news stories where they play a short piece of the draw. There's absolutely nothing wrong with watching the live draws, it's just something that I have never thought of doing
