Is there an attorney willing to look into this case/matter NYS lottery Do we have a case?
You know what I like the petition idea. if and IF is a big word., we can get 100,000 people to sign it would force the president of the U.S. to look into the matter which could get the NYS legislation to do something about it.

Wow WA Lotto might shut down due to budget..
Found the history of the Washington Lottery legislation and the lottery fund was redirected to the general fund in 2009 and a portion ($100 million) was directed to the Opportunity Pathways Account in 2010.

Texas man charged in Iowa lottery case contests extradition
This happens more than you might realize. Especially when crooks employ high priced attorneys that argue under a particular state's legislation evidence collected would be insufficient to secure an indictment. At the end of the day, he's toast!

Connecticut Lottery makes its pitch for keno
Proponents told members of the Finance, Revenue and Bonding Committee on Wednesday that bringing keno to Connecticut is essential to keeping the state's lottery competitive with other states', while opponents decried the game as a short-sighted and ill-advised way to generate revenue. The bill would allow the Connecticut Lottery Corp. to offer keno throughout the state and is projected to generate $5 million in its first year after startup expenses. After that, proponents say keno will genera

Multi-state Lucky for Life game comes to Kentucky
It would be nice if the state legislation would lift the 35% restrictions I did think about contacting my legislator but don't know what good it would do. I guess I'll just have to continue to play in Texas.

Bill would allow N.C. lottery winners to remain anonymous
Veteran lottery players will love this and demand their states be next in line for this legislation. Those who are obsessed with large jackpots must keep in mind the casual player is more likely to buy into the conspiracy theories. If those numbers decline, you can kiss super huge jackpots goodbye. I don't care either way. I have been playing long enough to have a plan.

It's time the lottery needs to stop releasing a person name and picture when a big win is won!
The paranoid fear of lottery fraud doesn't trump a winner's right to privacy and personal safety. There are documented cases around the country of winners being robbed and even murdered by strangers and acquaintances - who got the winner's personal info from TV, newspapers, websites etcetera. Not to mention that in the internet age, criminals can access a substantial amount of sensitive information about a person by simply googling their name and county of residence. This can and frequently d

Washington State Lottery
I wish Oklahoma would get games like that $5 is our highest with a jackpot of $40,000-$50,000 no million dollar or even half/quarter prizes and they wonder why lottery sales are down. I asked the OLC why that is and they said legislation

Legislative committee to discuss killing the Texas Lottery
Before Ohio passed casino gambling legislation, the West Virginia and Indiana casino parking lots were full of Ohio plates too. I haven't been there, but the Cincinnati casinos probably now have lots of KY plates in their parking lots.

Pa. lawmaker wants to give lottery winners right to remain anonymous
This is a great idea, I'm surprised a politician came up with it. Let's see if this great idea goes from legislation to actually making it to the Governor's desk to be signed and become law.
