Notice the lack of SPAM this morning?
He, he. Looks like the new program code I installed yesterday did the trick. The slimy spammer tried to post his garbage four times under two different names early this morning and was denied by the system, like Magic Johnson stuffing a jump shot in the guy's face.

There were a total of seven messages I deleted today. Do you think that was really a lot? Granted, the normal amount that is able to get past my spam filter is zero, but I can't see it being a catastrophe. If you go to most other forums on the Internet, you would see many of these spam messages posted every day. The only reason I pay so much attention to it myself is that I loath these snakes who are specifically posting to a lottery forum, hoping to prey on people who are down on their luck,

I must have reported more than a half- dozen spam posts today. Worst I've ever seen. One dummy even , I think, mentioned you could make 3 million dollars a day -- so he/she must think the members of this site are all morons. That is a personal insult to each of us. I mentioned to Todd it was like a frontal assault by a spam army.

So true. The person is looking at the post count to determine who gets the spam. I noticed people with high post counts say that they haven't received the PM but people like myself with relatively new accounts have gotten the SPAM. As said before by someone here, I got everything I need on LP and I'm willing to do the research, the pen and paper betting and the workouts that lottolaughs puts up for us. I received that same PM yesterday. I wrote back, told him I didn't appreciate the spam, and he sends me a lengthy response about what spam actually means. I'd post it here, but it's WAY too long, and not worth reading. I told him I had all of the resources and tools I need right here at LP.
