"Taping" in advance & Conspiracy Theories
I don't think it's rigged. Just because most people here haven't won a jackpot, doesn't mean that something criminal is going on. It means that the odds are against you for winning.

"Taping" in advance & Conspiracy Theories
I know it doesn't have to be rigged to produce huge JPs, it was just a thought that randomly (no pun intended) occured in my always-thinking-pessimisticly head.As for computerized drawings, all you have to do is look at my alias (or my signature) to see where I stand.

canadian lotteries
wow.. i splurged and bought 2 ..5 packs for 6-49(sucker!!!!) 22 million tonight. they're all rigged anyway, but if you don't have a ticket, you can't win. Dingwall's happy, he won the lottery as a cronie of the government...hahaha.

Is it possible....
The story about the VA Lottery being won in that manner is TRUE, and it caused them to create some laws after the fact that made it difficult or impossible to do again. The funny part is that the VA Lottery probably made a lot of money on that stunt. The reason lotteries don't like it, however, is that it makes it look like the game is rigged, and it will cause regular players to bail, because who wants to play a game, when some group is guaranteed to win?

Hooray! NC Gets a Lottery!
I'm assuming you're talking about Roadrunner Cash. At which I will remind them do not take the computers with you. We don't want NC to finally get a lottery, and then find out it can be rigged very easily.

CA Daily-3
Thanks Demi...yeah,I covered them all...but feel when a trip does fall that it will be the 7's or 1's.....we here in ga. just had 338,833 then one number later 383...sure enough two draws later the triple 0's fell......its as if the lottery forsees a big payout with triples so they let the same number fall twice or more for low payouts.....of course to believe in this, one must believe that the lottery is somehow rigged....On that subject my feelings are mixed,LOl....Hope to see a trip fall

Texas Pretest ?Question
Most if not all ball drawings in all states have both pre and post drawing tests to assure randomness or lack of bias in ballsets which is an absolute necessity. Texas is simply one state which openly publicizes it as a matter of full public disclosure. If you have bias in ballsets then it is grounds for alleging that draws are rigged.

Powerball is on a winners streak again!
Yeah, but do you play to win, or to raise the jackpot? You seriously would not play Mega Millions at $63 million if you knew it was rigged so there wouldn't be a winner until it was over $100 million.

Powerball is on a winners streak again!
Mega Millions has had four pots go over $100 million this year and that was under the OLD matrix! It's no wonder their sales are slipping (in relative terms) - players are beginning to think the game is rigged.
