Out of curiosity, I checked Texas Lotto's jackpot wins from 2017 to this year. There have been 25 jackpots won over that time, (3 this year already). 18 were won by QP or 72%. 7 were won by self pick or 28%. Here's a breakdown. 2017 = 6 jackpots won.
