There's something fluky/crazy that I think is kind of interesting that could actually happen in Florida with a second place PowerBall win of either a million (or more) dollars. The growth of the MM jackpot has certainly been muted. I'm not surprised in the least as there has been zero hype around the jackpot since it surpassed the $700mm threshold.
