Predictions system work needed over the next few months
Sunday midnight to Monday midnight. About a week before the event add a sort of countdown timer to the main page reminding people. Any day works for me as long as I know in advance. RL

What's the Purpose of the Printed Time of Purchase on Tickets, If Drawing is 15 min to 1 hr Later?
I'm fine with that. Both define the same event allbeit using different terms while neither change the outcome. If you read the link, its titled Know the Difference and points out how the two are commonly interchanged (even by the media). If it works for you, use it, (and don't listen to anything I say that could confuse you else you find yourself knee deep in numbers muck, looking at the GPS to see which way it out, or up, and anywhere but here). Texas: 10/1 - 10/31/2019
10/5 Day results: 535 10/4 Day results: 525 The conditions that lead up to this event must be analyzed to gain insight on how to predict it next time. I'm just pointing it out because I'm currently working on a Exact order double pair strategy and I'm sure I'm not the only one.

In stock market there are lots of people who can calculate exactly when to buy
Most times I do the breakdowns to see what has been hitting lately. Then when something catches my eye I end up working to get more information on that event. Overall, I'm one of those who have many reason, not all good reasons, but they make sense (to me) at the time. G

Help with wheels question for 5/39 lottery
From what i understand the games are purely random. It's very hard to nail down a single event that has not occurred yet with references to the past. I also understand we are not supposed to use past events because from one draw to the next because the lotteries are true to random but we try to incorporate these events to the unpredictable future in an attempt to forecast the future including myself.. So why is it that you say the games are rigged for sure, CrOoKeD?.. Any actual proof?? Where

what is the best type of programming to learn to use in lotteries?
ok,Stat$talker!!!i agree with your point of view, i know that mathematically (programming a loteri) can only get 75 $ to 80%, even when you have quantum programming, pattern number digits, cartesian plan, empty blocks full block, sequences, filter by sweepstakes, filter by start numbers (start) positions by position, I know at most it will reach 80% 20% will always be random, because the numbers are irrational, and we are using logic and mathematics to predict an event or a sequence of 10

Washington woman wins state's biggest lottery jackpot in a decade
Public records requests can take months and it is unlikely a request would have been made prior to the winner coming forward. So she must have claimed via a trust , etc., so why not mention this fact? Other winners might think one can simply ask for anonymity if they do not do their research. Or perhaps a winner can simply ask for anonymity and claim as an individual and pray no one submits a public records request??? WASHINGTON Not Anonymous. As a public agency, all documents held b

"Statistical Sampling" Question
Hi all! I have a Statistical Sampling -type question. I have an event for which I assume P = 1/9, and I've taken N measurements to try and determine if P is in fact 1/9. My question is this: what is the relationship between N and the error band around the measured P? What I'm doing is a long and convoluted story, but in a nutshell, I'm looking at data that shows a particular Pick 3 strategy likes certain Root Sums more than others, and I'm trying to convince myself that this is (or is not) an
