Misssissippi lottery proposals filed
Paperwork laid the foundation for change Monday as Mississippi lawmakers attempted to beat the midnight filing deadline for general bills and constitutional amendments.Among hundreds of proposals filed at the Capitol were bills to create a state lottery, allow early voting and abolish the process used to establish or expand hospitals.Clerks shuffled stacks of bills Monday afternoon, preparing documents to be assigned to committees. Legislation that requires tax or fee increases or issuing bonds

There are a million scams out there after the tsunami incident. Increase calculation speed of LottoSync
This seems to apply to only MUCH older processors [not the new processors of the last 2 to 3 years]. After doing a quick google search that's what people are saying.: According to the notes on regedit.com: Note: This tweak is only useful for older processors with the cache locatedexternal to the CPU. 'So it seems the best course of action is to leave it alone!'This from microsoft for win 2000 which probably applies to XPhttp://www.microsoft.com/resources/documentation/Windows/2000/server/reski

Testing wheel 9,6,5,5
JADELottery, it is good to have several approaches to wheel designs. I'd like to ask you what your program tries to improve. I have analysed some wheels generated by your program and I have to say, the coverage in general is low. Lower coverage results in some better hit categories but at the same time, we increase the risk of not hitting as well. I assume your program does not take into account the coverage matter at all. I have generated two versions of the same wheel C(6,11,5,6)=19 (open-cove

Double Doubles Drag Net Alert Club
Quote: Originally posted by WIN D on December 26, 2004 Straight Hits........... The last 2 hits from the 0 1 list have been in ascending or numeric order too. If I maintain that order....... its better for my mental organization and making straight hits. It really does run about 1 in 6 hits. Waiting for back to back doubles can get pretty thin. Waiting for 3 in a row can get even thiner. So..... what's another good cue to use??? How about this one? My favorite up to now has been ......several

Working on a new system
Thanks again for your reply, it's always good to read the feebacks. The universe always try successfully to balance things, if we sit and think quietly for a moment, everything is related. If i had enough data, such as the dimensions and weight of every single ping-pong ball, the air flow , the cristal box dimensions, the time the pingpong balls keep bouncing, all of the elements involved in a specific drawing i could predict with a minimum error the possible combinations of that day.Unfortunatly,

Sign the petition - eliminate computerized drawings!
Four4me:South Carolina is one of the states LosingJeff and I are using for a model. Since their lottery is only a couple of years old, it's not unusual that quads haven't hit there. On the other hand, you'll be hard-pressed to find a date where Indiana paid 136 box winners, and straight winners here were unheard-of in the Pick-4 game until the recent exposure of their scratch-off ticket scandal. I don't want to promote any conspiracy theories, but the illustration in LOTTOMIKE's last post has be

Wisconsin Lottery switches to computers to select winning numbers
Giving a human response (rather than the corporate response) can sometimes get you into trouble - though not as much as I might have thought. I can think of only a few times that players ended up threatening me or sending a note of complaint to a governor somewhere. And I did get several hate mails (from all over the world) following my recent criticsim of the moralists in Idaho who are teaching children about the sin of the lottery. But, generally, people do respond better to a real respon

500 million powerball jackpot,possible??
I'm confused about the cap on Powerball jackpot increases. I believe the largest jackpot in Powerball history was the $315m to Jack Whitaker on Christmas Day 2002. So what happens if...the jackpot is $310m and no one wins? Does the next jackpot increase freely to $400m or the amount ticket sales would justify....or does the cap begin once it crosses $315m and is set at $340m for the next drawing?? If it's the latter, I don't see the PB jackpot climbing above $350m for a looong time, not to $

Buckeye 5 - Gone after Oct 2nd
The Ohio Lottery Commission will be eliminating the Buckeye 5 Game as of October 2nd.The Buckeye 5 is a 1/37 number game. The replacement will be Rolling Cash 5 : A 1/39 number game. This thread is intended to help those that play the Buckeye 5.These are my observations that frequently happen in the Buckeye 5 game. 1. The most frequent numbers that hit are those that do not move up on the chart from their added total number of hits. (**see end of thread) 2. Try to use numbers that hit wit
