might just be coincidence we had all high numbers for over a month in tennessee cash 3 here recently,me and justin debated on whether or not the thing was rigged,they might need to change to a new ball set......

mark,the hoosier lottery is very corrupt,your daily payouts are very poor when compared with other states of the same size on a consistent basis not to mention the scratch off scandal there recently,the computerized drawings there are rigged and i'd bet my grandfathers life on it......

get back the ball drawings!!!!!until then i don't want to hear about security......the governor needs to fire all those lottery officials and replace em while he is at it.......there are quite a few people who post their daily losings on here because indiana drawings are rigged.that scratch off ticket theft is just the tip of the iceberg in the very corrupt indiana lottery......

me and someone here on the site have been debating whether or not the tennessee lottery is rigging their balls because last month was mostly all high numbers,i say its not rigged but they think it is,what is your opinion?

i have hit 4 out of 5 twice in indiana , they payout about twice a month on the top prize. they only take in about 14-16k a drawing for the lucky five so twice a month is pretty predictable. iowa i think might be rigged as someone last fall hit for 300k and it wasnt won again until real recently. illinois i only play when it is above at least 250k.

more like the central computer spits out numbers each day that nobody bets on so the indiana lottery can make as much money as possible and rip off the players at the same time.its hard to have any luck when the game is rigged.........

There's enough lotteries inside and outside the USA that have beeen rigged. That's a fact.People aren't necessarily afraid of doing time from lottery rigging cos it's a white collar crime (and it's most likely only their first offense). No one's gonna see 20 years or death row.

The Pick-3 ( 911 ) drawing in my opinion was a TRUE Phenomena and I DOUBT very seriously that it was Rigged but like you said there maybe some who think otherwise or that it was just a coincidence.
