So, what purpose does it actually serve to supposedly understand the bar coding when you must still purchase the tickets from the start? I mean, I agree with another poster in that no store clerk will allow you to just ' visually scan' series of bar codes in hopes of finding a winner because the overall objective is to sell 'X' amount of losers with 'X' amount of winners factored in.
