Use Dr.Miracle Patterns to Win Big!!
This exactly Look at the title of this post. For everyone defending the genie, again look at the title. Here, I'll type it out word for word. Use Dr.Miracle Patterns to Win Big!! (that's 2,two exclamation points!!) You know what's ironic about all this. The genius himself is probably just sitting back, laughing his a$$ off at all this. And I bet he's feeling so great that his little minions are defending him, the same minions who not a single one of them will post

Iowa Lottery CEO Terry Rich answers your questions
Hello and welcome! Couple of questions for you.. Can you share with us what additional measures have been put in place to prevent future fraud? Throwing away everything Tipton touched is a good start, but I would hope that more is being done. You may not be able to share publicly the exact strategies you're using, but I think the community would feel better if they knew that you were, for example, increasing random testing like polygraphs. Brain wave scanning is also a very intriguing concept

$675 MILLION: POWERBALL SETS ALL-TIME LOTTERY JACKPOT RECORD
https://www.lotterypost.com/news/112702 Fortune cookie bet made Powerball lottery players rich May 11, 2005, 11:23 am Powerball lottery officials suspected fraud: how could 110 players in the March 30 drawing get five of the six numbers right? That made them all second-prize winners, and considering the number of tickets sold in the 29 states where the game is played, there should have been only four or five. Many different brands of fortune cookies come from Wonton Food's Long Isla

Tipton granted delay in next trial until July
A judge has delayed the trial for a former lottery official accused of fixing jackpots in several states. Former Multi-State Lottery Association security director Eddie Tipton had been scheduled to stand trial Jan. 6 in Des Moines, Iowa. But Tipton waived his right to a speedy trial last week, and his attorney asked for a delay. Judge Jeffrey Farrell last week reset the trial for July 18. Tipton has pleaded not guilty to charges of ongoing criminal conduct and money laundering. This

Is there an attorney willing to look into this case/matter NYS lottery Do we have a case?
Counselor, the NYS Lottery commission, which is governed by the NYS legislation and the rules set forth has a different way to deal with the scratch offs. Let's say for a scratch off game they print 20 million tickets. Their are over 17 thousand retailers throughout NYS that are authorized sellers. Every business orders games. The have books of scratch offs opened to sell and some behind the counter waiting for them to open them. When a book is opened for sale from that day until 45 day

When a winning ticket gets destroyed
Nope, no correction necessary. This is a fact finding mission after all. And your premise makes 100% sense. But... Have any of you ever been granted something even when you didn't meet all the guidelines or requirements? The publicized rule says one thing but there's an unpublished loophole the public may not know about until that situation arises? For instance, I was filing a legal document and in bold print and not up for discussion was a requirement to have an original birth certificate

rigged?
I don't think something like Powerball needs to be rigged since even with millions of people playing, the possible combinations of numbers are also in the millions. That is why even with millions of people playing different combos of numbers no one manages to win. Scratch off tickets, on the other hand, I believe can and are rigged, at least in Florida. You can see my other post for more information on that, but in a nutshell Florida released a $25 scratch off game 2/24/15 promising 4 10-million
