It dooesnt work that way. When I sold tickets I couldnt pay a winning ticket until I scanned it at the lottery terminal. It would then confirm a winning ticket and the amount to pay. If I paid a ticket that infact wasnt a winner, goodbye job.

My stepson got sick from someone at his work sneezing on him. Then he brought it home and got me and my wife sick. It's a horrible flu. We feel terrible. Anyway, back to focusing on the lottery. Sorry to pull us off track.

I think it should be a 50/50 deal. The lottery owns the machine. The store allowed them to place the machine at there buisness. So if there's not already rules in place about who's responsible for what. They need to both figure it out.....Just my opinion though......
