I agree with both of you. The article seems to indicate that a Trust will protect the names of the winners. In FL I've seen jackpots claimed in a Trust, but the names of the winners are still printed in the news release. However, as RJOh writes, these people need to be careful and button their lips if they want to keep their secret hidden from neighbors and relatives. Still, not announcing the names in the paper is a great help and, if I ever win a jackpot, that would certainly save me a lot of

The money should be used to compensate the victims of their crimes. Any remaining revenue should be confiscated to pay for their prison costs. There was a case in the UK, were a convicted rapist won 7 million pounds, he bought the lottery ticket while out on day release. His victims sues but got nowhere. I think the law was changed after that.

We may run out of oil in a couple hundred years. That's why they don't care as long as there's oil now. they can make fuel from sea water. Engines will be developed that will use all sorts of fuels. they will never release a perpetual motion engine. No engine will ever be marketed that dosen't wear out or break down if they did the auto makers will go under.

It's not so much being sinister. It's more like, they actually believe we are that dumb? There's no way for us to know with absolute surety, the randomness, because even if they are using the best model and seed in the world, it still has been contaminated by humans, who picks the seed.
