Georgia: 6/1 - 6/30/2017
Just a break-down of base # 012, showing which versions of that number are the most due/overdue.
looks like 120 is the most drawn version and is currently the most due version. When Georgia
added the additional daily draw, they also increased the odds that any number would repeat
more in a month s time than what players have come to expect over the years. 30 days in June means
90 draws this month as compared to previous Junes (60 draws ). This is a 50% increase in the number of

WA state pick3
Whenever I see 3 odd numbers I always play trips for the day and week following. 5-1-1 is a good sign Trips or False trip can follow
Like 499 494. Playing trips for a few days. I also like the 12 numbers Lottery post player increase has posted. Look up her thread.
It has been a couple of years and we are rusty but 7-5-8 is a great number for this time of year.
Trips for us and some of increases 12 like 586 574 594 583 564. Holding these for a few days along with trips.

Systems Vs. Numbers-The Big Question
For me it is about the Excel File. I spend a Whole Lot of Time on them. Any Idea can be set-up There and analyzed over any portion of the Game History.
Thousands of hours creating combinations from Skips and Frequencies and Formulas involving just about every Idea that I have come across, show mostly small variations in occurrence vs probability. Unfortunately Probability is a Loser. Payout from these Games requires you to do much better than what is probable, even if you get the answer right

Lottery vending machines considered in Kansas
Kansas lawmakers are mulling over the possibility of legalizing lottery vending machines as a means to fund the state's struggling mental health system. Such machines are used in 37 other lottery states.
The idea, floated by Rep. Chuck Weber, R-Wichita, is expected to increase funding to mental health services by $12 million over two years. Kansas has been under extreme budget stress the past few years as it looks for new ways to fund state programs. The recession and budget cuts resulted in

Post your scratch ticket results
You're absolutely right, and the lotteries use marketing tactics to continually increase their revenue.
For some people, to not play is to win. I started playing scratchoffs Jan 2016 after receiving some $1/$2 scratchoffs for Christmas, and I didn't even know scratchoff tickets existed before receiving them. I had a spree of beginner's luck encountering 6 $500 winners in one weekend, and then a $1k winner during that same span of time. After that, I encountered probably a 6 month dry streak

Mega Millions lottery tickets double to $2 starting in October
Here in Texas people play scratchoffs for as much as $50. Scratchoffs sales account for 78% of lottery sales here. The $5 scratch tix are the best sellers, so if people drop $5 on a scratchoff, what's $2 twice a week to win millions?
Understand the difference in odds, and the fact that scratchoffs are instant gratification, but it's all in what someone is willing to spend and how much they need or want to win.
I don't like the increase either, but.....where else can a person spend a dollar

Maryland Pick4 Winners Club
When I first started this thread last June, I was hoping to get a lot of participation from a lot of Maryland players and others who play Maryland Pick 4. I was hoping that there would be a lot of input and sharing of ideas as to how to win in Md. Pick 4 like there is in so many other threads. I am far from being an expert in Pick 4 and thought that posting my keys and pairs, and best #'s list would get some feed back and we could possibly learn from each other and all be come better players.

Ohio's Rolling Cash5 jackpot at $596K
Unfortunately, they will probably never fix it. They are too fixated on bringing $2 games to increase revenue. It's all they can do. They went from 2 draws a day on P3 and D4, and with AoN to 4 draws a day hoping people would play more. There are X number of people who play the lottery. The majority play scratchers. The legislature is going to cut the lotteries advertising budget at a time when they need to advertise to get more people to play.
The frustrating thing is that if they just did a
