Jackpots are being won in the Mega Millions at such a rapid rate players can barely get themselves together to go in and collect their winnings. Look at the sales volumes of the past starting jackpots for your answer. On 10/19 there was $16.3 million in sales and the next jackpot was $13 million, on 11/06, $15.1 million with the same increase, 11/30 was $18.1, again the same increase, and sales were $14.6 on Tuesday with no increase. Since you're asking us to guess tonight's sales volume, why do you think it will be any higher or lower than with average $12 million jackpots?

Are the base jackpots really too low??
Really.......why is anyone complaing that 12 million is not a big enough jackpot??? No one here has 12 million dollars...and I'll bet 12 million dollars that no one here would turn it down if they won, because it was to low a jackpot....40 and 50 million is nothing to sneeze at either...I personally hope it doesn't rise too fast and people keep winning...hopefully someone I know....personally....but I buy tickets no matter the amount cause like I said the jackpot WHATEVER the amount is certainly

Science or not lotteries are very exact what has to be done to win the jackpots. Being close doesn't pay even a percent of what the jackpots pay even though the combinations close enough to be worth anything are less than 2% of the possible combinations. Some level playing field, you are either at the one point on the field that wins out of millions or you lose.

California residents win a lot of MM jackpots. I wonder how many PB jackpots they're going to win? I wish Illinois had a Super Lotto like California. I'm not sure I would win that either, but it would be great if the state did have it.
