Lottery Numbers Aren't Meant To Be Random
Random variables have a probability distribution. What that distribution is depends on what is generating the random numbers.
NBA Basketball scores are random, but not uniformly random. It could be 85, but that score is less likely than 110.
Done properly, lottery numbers are uniformly distributed random numbers between a and b (e.g. 0 to 9, or 1 to 54). All outcomes have the same probability.
The lottery only needs to ensure the balls are sufficiently mixed up before drawing them. I

$1.5 BILLION: Massive Powerball jackpot fuels rush for tickets
The interest rate is locked in when the lottery sets the estimate. It is not floating as you suggest. You're completely backwards in your analysis. I'd recommend viewing our video for how jackpots are calculated.

All prior RNG ball tracking is IMHO a waste of several years work. The games have been rebooted as if it was the first day of the lottery for all daily draw games..

Lottery Numbers Aren't Meant To Be Random
This is unbelievable.
So...why you think lottery officials pre-test if the numbers suppose to be random to begin with? And I already debated and established that it has nothing to do with making sure the machine working properly.
So, what could be the reason, Tucker? You not a stupid man. And possess a good degree of intelligence, here.
Just admit you lost this debate, okay? I wasn't trying to challenge you, but more so standing up for what I know to be the truth: t

Thanks Sully, I am an impatient lottery player. I did not play it. Have an occasional good pick. Are 8's still wild? Looks like a change ... 569.

Can AI Be Effectively Be Ued to Win a PB Jackpot?
Lottery numbers are way easy to predict than you think. Most ball based lotteries have a fixed number of numbers which remain the same regardless of ball sets. What you mean by random is not random at all but, is based on previous position of each number as explained on my video in Math Section.

Can AI Be Effectively Be Ued to Win a PB Jackpot?
You're right. A couple retired friends of mines confirmed this. Finally! We're on the same page. They also confirmed that AI news about the lottery is used for marketing purposes.

Answer Me This...
When Powerball went to three drawings the jackpots increased about the same every week as before the change for several months despite the fact there was an extra drawing. Then people got used to it or got over their snit at the moneygrubbing lottery (including me) and began to play more $$$. I have a feeling Florida players will do the same.
