Alright, so my gf was nagging to buy a book after I said I kinda wanted to buy one. So we did, stopped by Publix and grabbed a book of 60 tickets of the 2500 a week for life ($5 ea, total of $300) and went to the machine near the register, bought two $20 Flamingo Fortunes. Effective now, i will not be playing anymore doubles,i blew most of my money on doubles because it was time for them and everything ointed to them. i dont care if doubles run day and night all month. this month has been a disgrace and the jokers running ncel need to be locked up. 2 doubles at night this month ???? please compare to other states for yourself and see what i am speaking of. each time we get triggers for doubles they get lost. i know the ratio of 6ways versus doubles so i dont need

Today the counter person who is responsible for stocking the machines, activating packs, redeeming tickets and single-handedly picking a machine dry of the better winners, was at it again. I was standing at the ticket reader and saw her mosey on over and take a look at the stack of redeemed tickets...she was going through them so she could see if any had been turned in that would put a wrench in her current/everyday/every shift method of playing a pack until she finds what she's looking

I don't see how a vending machine problem is the retailers responsibility. A vending machine is a way for a store o sell tickets and collect the commission without paying an employee. Why shouldn't equipment the store uses to take your money be the store's responsibility? Lottery retailer responsibilities. So sorry to hear about the Bad Machine and I can understand the frustration involved. But, I think I would prefer to just find another place for ticket purchases, preferably where there is a live clerk. Please do as you wish, but it has been my experience that decisions I make when I am angry, upset, or just PO'd are usually not the best decisions I could have made at the time. Best wishes to you.
