Why is it the mid west, south, and east coast have winners?
Why never WA, OR, or CA for that matter...................... CA isn't a PB state yet, that may be the reason they've never won, but as a MM state they have won their share of MM jackpots. Next year when they become a PB state, they will win their share of PB jackpots too.

Ok the Jackpot is back down to normal
I play the Daily 4 game for $2 straight to win $10000. Why wouldn't I spend $2 to try to win millions? If you don't play, you are guaranteed 100% not winning anything. The problem with only playing when the jackpot is huge is that we don't get to pick when we might win. That $20 some million will let me retire without a monetary care in the world. And, people won't even notice because it's not a huge jackpot. Small jackpots are actually the best jackpots.

Powerball coming to California
California is the most populated state in The Union... 37 million people live there, Texas is number 2 and NY is the third most populated state. Jackpots will probably get bigger at a faster rate. I dont care if Cali wins all the jackpots, I play PB for it's second prize due to the 5 million to 1 odds, and I always add the Power Play.

$425 MILLION: Largest Powerball lottery jackpot in history
I believe all this talk that self picks are better than quick picks is garbage. If it were better to use self picks then somebody would have won already because I'm sure many people are out there picking their own numbers. But still we haven't had a winner since 10/3/12. If it were true that quick picks don't win, then nobody would ever have won a jackpot using quick picks but we all know that this is not true. Every set of numbers drawn all have the same odds of winning, 1 in 175,223,5

Do some number combinations have better odds?
I have the money to play $20 weekly on powerball, if I wanted to. I just like to play $10 on Powerball on a monthly basis.Powerball jackpots are great at any level. It allows you to play without chasing the rollovers jackpots. I bought a $20 powerball ticket on September. I got the powerball plus 2 numbers.
