Has Gail Howard ever won the lottery?
l could be wrong about this because l do not research people l am not interested in knowing about- but Gail could be in the same boat as one Richard Lustig- who has never won the Major Lottery prize, but is in the book selling business on How to increase your odds...etc etc etc
Dick Lustig had this to say..
Despite winning repeatedly over the next few years, Lustig didn't see that there was a pattern until his fourth win. I didn't even realize that I had a method until my fourth win. Eve

Boomerang X4 and P4 ATM systems
Assumed all draws are distinct, the remnant of pool will be 6 dgits(P4), 7 dgt(P3)
Assumed all draws returns a digit, the remnant of pool will be 7 dgits(P4), 8 dgts(p3)
Assumed all draws returns 2 digits, the remanant of pool will be 8 dgts(P4),9 dgts.

Ohio Lottery considering offering a $50 instant ticket
Yep, just more greed of the lottery industry.
This is what gets me:
Instant ticket sales had been declining for a variety of reasons, including the new racinos and casinos and consumers shopping at big-box stores that don't typically offer lottery games, officials said.
Well now, we can't have that! How dare the private casinos and other businesses compete and take away sales from our government run monopoly lottery gambling operation! We need to step it up and bring out a $50 ticket to

Do people like their state lottery draw games?
Our California games are stale, haven't been updated in ages. Many other states are being innovative and creative with new games, but not us here in CA. We should take some cues from best of other states:
Daily 3/4 - Need to up the payout above 50% to 60% like many states have, or add the Plus Fireball feature that Illinois has on their Pick 3/4 that also ups the total payout to 60-62%.
Fantasy 5 - Need to increase the matrix, not properly sized for the playing population. Puny starting a

Why Do You Think Lottery Winners Always Take The Cash Option?
Confused? It seems you are the one who doesn't understand basic arithmetic. The annual interest earned on both PB and MM jackpot annuities is just a tad over 2%. Any competent investor or firm can and should easily double those returns.
Lets say in five years our Government follows in the footsteps of socialist France and implements their 1.5% annual wealth tax along with the top tier tax rate of 75%. Without factoring any potential investment gains from the lump sum, the total net will far e

22 N.Y. coworkers' complicated journey to claim $1 million prize
The taxes are essentially the same regardless of how many checks the lottery does or doesn't write, because they're paid by each individual based on their total taxable income.
The only difference would be based on how much is spent by the LLC on lawyers or accountants. That money will be a tax deductible expense for the LLC, but will result in taxable income for the lawyers and accountants, whose marginal tax rates may differ from the members of the LLC. That difference in marginal rates wil

Common Happenings in Your State's Drawings
I tried to share my state's and inquire on others, but it was twisted, chewed up, and spit into a flame. Never got anything but negative feedback, and the question wasn't even considered. All I keep being prompted to do is post some numbers to help everyone, statistics say blah blah blah, po po po post predictions, etc. Wrong forum (cyberspace crew) I guess.
Either way... In GA the 1,0 and 9 come up in almost every drawing (typically 2nd or 3rd digit). I play my strategy based on that observa
