I would love for an online option in all states (who have Lottery). Have it to where I can play even in Japan. It would be where you'd have to prove your a citizen of whatever state an whatnot. Over in my blog is a list of each months spending and winnings. and come jan 1 i will have a years worth of data. its been a long year. and no wins. prob the most interesting fact is that on lotto i seem to win back about %25 of my spend, but on keno it was running at %50 all year, until I won it all back just weeks before xmas. Why Not Converge PB and MM Into a Super Lotto For All States??

I've always been baffled at why people spend real amounts of $$$, like $20 on 10 sets of numbers, when that's only covering 10 of more than 175 million combinations of numbers.
