l totally get what you saying Zephbe, however for her to not give the rest of the pool a copy of the winning ticket or tickets, she would have to be a clairvoyant. Squirrel away that particular ticket from all the others to pull this off? That is what l would find extremely unlikely. There was this case a few years ago involving these hair stylists... same thing. One of the girls supposedly bought her winning ticket apart from the pool. I wonder what happened to that case?

Significant Powerball anomaly very likely coming up soon, a drawing in which none of the numbers drawn (in the basic 5 white ball numbers) were drawn in the previous 7 drawings. When this anomaly hits, by default roughly 30-40% of the number pool will be removed. Let's say hypothetically it's 45 numbers left in the pool when it hits. Randomizing the pool gives generated patterns follow the digits for inherent patterns. Observing patterns after the fact is not intuitive !

The pool of numbers is 1,2,1,9,5,5,6,7,8,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1,2,3,4,5,7,5,4,3,1,2,3,4,5,6,7 (for example) . I want to create all of the possible 3,4,5 digit combinations from this pool of numbers. low to high would be great. The combinations do not have to have unique numbers (for example, one of the 5 digit combinations could be 2,2,2,3,3 ). Am I dreaming...about such a tool
