McDonalds Monopoly Game
Nope... read the size 4 font type official rules.... $50,000/yr for 20 years, no interest.I won a Furby once... threw it out about a week after I got it because it was so annoying.Only One Boardwalk is printed... there is usually always one Instant Win annuity-only million. Annuity-Schamuity.

pb at 240 or 117 cash
The re-estimated jackpot was $210.5 million. Still they are only estimating the next jackpot to be worth $240 million?? Even with the backloaded/inflated annuity?I just dont understand whats going on here. Mega Millions is rolling $12 million with a better annuity (and only 26 equal annual payments) at such a low level.

Ohio Super Lotto Plus
If I lived in Ohio I probably wouldn't miss SLP much. Lot O' Play needs a floating cash option (percentage of the annuity) instead of a flat 50% cash value, especially with a shorter annuity.

cash percentages for PB and MM?
Powerball's annuity term is for 29/30 years/payments, which is longer than MegaMillions'. Hence, it requires a smaller cash payout to advertise the same jackpot annuity value.

New Jersey Lottery
NJ/NY also makes you choose when you buy. However, as the email from the office states, you can sell your annuity and take the cash, Then again, that gets into the tax world of paying what, when, and how often. There was something last year about being double taxed when you sell your annuity.

PB $88.7 million cash
Long-term interest rates are also starting to rise more quickly. That will also cause the jackpot value to rise in greater proportion to the cash value. If the interest rate for a 30-year annuity rises from 4 percent to 6 percent, the annuity value would rise more than 25 percent for the same starting amount of cash. The other way to look at it is the cash value for a jackpot will be about 20 percent less than before should the interest rates rise to 6 percent.

Colorado Lottery numbers
rj:Colorado Lotto used to pay cash option winners only 40% of the annuity. Some time ago it was changed to 50%, so now CO lump-sum winners get a more realistic amount. I wonder whether OH Lot O' Play cash option winners will get half of the annuity, or a floating percentage (similar to MM/PB).

Powerball lottery jackpot climbs to $167 million
I think there's a very realistic chance we will see the Match 5 bonus gimmick come into play during this run. As for cash/annuity it's virtually unheard for for someone receiving a $100 million prize through annuity payments.

Powerball lottery jackpot climbs to $167 million
The ANNUITY is ALWAYS the BEST deal !!!!!! You show me HOW YOU get to invest the Lump Sum, in full, TAX FREE in T-Bills for a better than 200% return GUARANTEED (100% cash buy-in and 100+% dividends over 29 yrs less 25% fed) and I'll take the cash. Otherwise, the only thing guaranteed is you WILL get HIT 25% off the top of your precious lump sum.Are YOU smart enough to take the Annuity ?Annuities are for Lovers...LUMPs are for LOSERS !!!!!

Powerball lottery jackpot climbs to $167 million
Actually, I didn't make any calculations. All I did was cut and paste the information off the website atView: USA Mega Powerball and Mega Millions Results and NewsBut thanks for the info.... by the way, is there a site where it shows the annuity payout for each year? Just curious as to exactly how much the new PB annuity increases each year.
