I voted, no. Only because it allows the lotto to advertise larger jackpots. A 100 million annuitized jackpot is going to generate more buzz than a much smaller present day amount. Granted it's the same amount but 100 million looks so much better in the newspapers and will attract more casual players. Yes, you can do it that way. But I would suggest you back test this system in your particular state to make sure it works. This system works great in New York but it can be a little different in other states. A good strategy is to find 2 or 3 states where it works great when you back test it and then play those states at the same time to increase your chances of hitting. If you play these numbers online like I suggest for just .25 cent straight, it will just be $4.50 per day to play

I am just worried about the fact that NY lottery is having a drought for doubles and a big drought for triples for the Evening. The longest I remember NY going without a double is 8 days when we went from 10/5/2010 to 10/13/2010 without a double.
