I have a sure fire way to increase my lottery playing, STOP BEING STINGY ON THE PAYOUTS, CALIFORNIA! And for the scratchers, which I have stopped buying alltogether, MAKE IT SO THE PAYOUT ODDS ARE BETTER! Not much, just enough. The California scratchers are pathetic. Todd, I totally understand where you coming from dude. The saying, It's better to give than recieve is not without its' worth -- I think we both can agree with that. However, when it comes to something as big as winning a jackpot that's an entirely different animal.
