Single random outcomes cannot be predicted, that's a rule A random event in mathematics can't be predicted, that's the definition, but there are techniques and there is luck. I don't know of any mathematical function predicting a future random event. Even if it luckily does, the payout must be higher than the costs. Try roulette. Beat it, can you do that? I want to see your function.
