Lottowiz, you really, REALLY need to take a reading comprehension course. A lot of your replies are totally off the wall.>This board isn't exactly a cross section of America. If I were to post a poll about God in an atheist forum and a christian forum I'm sure I would get very different results from the two forums.<The above post was an analogy, (can you say analogy? I thought you could) I used it to demonstrate how polls will differ depending on what type of forum you post it on. I used a

Do lottery systems really work?
Quote: Originally posted by Lottowiz34 on February 21, 2003 ...the Lottery Terminals use a COMPUTER ALGORYTHM for generating so-called random numbers. And since it is used for this purpose it is considered a system... I would agree with that statement, which is why the poll question (third option) was worded well. I've described in other threads how a computer cannot generate a truly random number, so there MAY be ways to buy Quick Picks that will form patterns over time. Also, lotteries which

Yes, we are lottery fans, Todd
...but, we are also HUMAN BEINGS. How about a weekly NON-LOTTERY poll for when we get bored of lottery talk? :-) You decide the questions to vote on (this is YOUR baby, after all). What team will win the World Series? Who will win the 2004 presidential election? You could even run contests with guessing games where we type in a secret number; after the voting ends, you post all our guesses-eg, what will the Dow Jones be at the end of 2003? I think this could be LOTTO fun :-0

A Wheel Question...
The majority of your threads are you posting links to articles mostly from people that lottery players never heard of. From your poll, it looked like several people were interesting in backtesting systems using your simulation, but you failed to deliver. The best you could come up with was a semi structured raffle game and you gave no explanation of the total prize payoff.
It looks like 1.65% of the players made a profit collecting about $5 million out of a total prize pool of $125 million an

Joker, the thread you pointed to was a poll I did on player s preferences in possible future online games.
There was nothing in the poll that said or implied ball draws are a gift from God . I know there are reasons to wonder why a system is not working but blaming the tubes is just plain crazy for losing. If it s any condolence, I would not play the games if the tubes rotaions are after you and preventing you from winning.
