Texas Lotto sales at all-time high

( Though Todd has informed us that they will be available at some point in the near future through Playlot .) ...and I do not understand the line: ....ranking second in the nation under the multi-state Powerball drawing in the above article. Experts advise to take cash option
I think it is funny that the expert in this news article stands to benefit from the lottery winners money. I guess I would tell them to take the cash too if I standed to gain something from it too. When I win I will choose whatever option I feel like because that is what a winning jackpot ticket gives you. The freedom to choose whatever you want!

Pool players ponder Powerball hypocrisy
From the article: The last time, a $221.5 million payoff in January, produced the first South Carolina winning ticket. Where do these people get their information? That was actually the SECOND sinning ticket sold in South Carolina. A little over a year ago, South Carolina sold its first jackpot ticket.

TennCare reminds enrollees that Tennessee lottery prizes are income
No, the article did not state that but let's face it, folks do not report those winnings and get caught anyway, so it needed to reiterated. No we are not getting something for nothing when we play because we still have to pay to play regardless of win or lose.
