Did Anyone See Powerball Drawing Feb 21 ?
I tuned in 11PM to my local TV station and was greeted with a announcement that the Powerball drawing would'nt be held at this time due to technical difficulties. Ten minutes later our local newscast announced tonights winning Powerball numbers. Has anyone posted any comments about this? If they did I missed them. I checked the offical Powerball site and did'nt fine any news release on this.By the way for the It's Fixed and Conspiracy folks, I did'nt hear or see any black helicopters flyin

Ok, here is a link to the Release package. The base install is 0.1.3, and the update is 0.1.5. Unless someone sends me a 0.1.4 file, this is all I have (unfortunately). But the 0.1.5 file should work fine. Numbersman, Bluefield West Virginia rings a bell for me and I can't quite remember why. I seem to remember reading about that town in some press release. Could that be the place that sold a winning Powerball Ticket back in late May or possibly sometime in April? I think the recipient was named Parnell and the prize was something just over $60m.
