I also don't believe that any software may effectively help winning a jackpot. But if I use software for jackpot games it's not for targeting jackpot. No matter what your software can do the odds are still too overwhelming. So concentrating on jackpot is pointless. I use different approach. The only realistic way to increase your chances of winning jackpot is to play more tickets. Naive as it may sound but that's all we can do. Which means you have to spend more money. I was a bit curious about the slow increase, so I went back to 2014 and looked throughout the year to see if there were any big changes or were things different(please don't tell me about the odds/cost-I am well aware of that aspect).
