Lottery Complaint Investigators don't investigate anything
Twice I have contacted the Illinois Lottery about stolen tickets, both times they found no wrong doing , or words to that effect. The last time I contacted the Illinois lottery it was because I played a whole card of Lucky Day with EZ Match. The cashier handed me three tickets instead of five. I asked where the other two tickets were and he said they didn't print. When there is something wrong, too few numbers, etc., the machine will tell the cashier. now we went to a couple + 1 lotto stops tonite. U-Gas wasn't selling the beast (666) @all. the ticket just kept spinnin' like a slot machine!so we went to the mobile gas station, they let us run it twice. last stop was a shell station. another spinner. so i guess the stores can only sell so many of the same number before it reaches it's all time high. so um thinkin' i really was a winna' cauze um tellin' u now, ~I waz bout2 slam that beast~ on the 840!

I agree with you, and I don't think we'll be seeing another $5M anytime soon based on the previous gaps and how close these last two $5Ms popped. Maybe 650k-700k+ range, but like you said...the FL Lottery could start some funny business around this period of time returning books. Surprised that all the $5M and $1M prizes were claimed on the $20 Flamingo. That should be happening for every game. Filled up yesterday at the Pilot on CR 484 and I-75 and was going to buy a $20 Monopoly but the vending machine was sold out. So picked one up from Exxon on the other side of I-75. THe areas you have redacted (left side of ticket)- Term: (insert the # example 00315470),Then Underneath it is a series of numbers : example: 6709-000057128993-00 are considered the File number for that specific ticket. I know the feeling. I certainly played more than I wanted this year and in the negative, which I will always be unless I stop or hit a $10K or so. today was a day where I almost didn't win, but ended up doing ok. It's payday so I grab $60. I forget the small details, but I use that to end a $20 Mad Money roll, $10 Blowout and $10 Bank on it. I saw Diamonds and gold had 3 left. Well they are not getting away with it. I didn't know IN. State law prohibits the retailer or the employee of the retailer from buying tickets from a busi- ness authorized to sell lottery tickets. This mean even if they wanted to play they couldn't purchase a ticket at another store or vending machine. WOW!

I noticed a lady at the ticket kiosk machine buying P4 tickets. She played 1571 for tonight and 9999 for a future draw, maybe tomorrow. I only played 469 for tonight.

Sometimes the one by I-64-Pilot is out. I will give it to you, the customer service is NOT KY lottery, but IGT. You either get the call center in RI or GA. Being a New Englander I prefer Rhode Island customer service and have had better luck with them vs. GA. Being hard-headed @ times I will tell them I'm a shareholder in IGT, but most folks could care less and get crappy service even from them. What I do is put the ticket to be scanned in first to see if the machine does work. Then put money

Love them in Kentucky You must love putting money into a machine only to find out the play slip scanner for online games doesn't work. The Keno players would love those machines if they gave change or a voucher, but they don't. I guess the scratch-off players might love them, but I doubt any of them can tell the difference between buying tickets from the machine or from the clerk.
