Man Sues Kentucky Lottery for $10 Million
The guy does have a point....whether his point is worth $10 million or not is for a judge to decide, but if the wording is as the article says, KY screwed up big time.

Predicting the lottery
By the way, predicting the numbers in a lottery (such as Powerball)is possible. It has been done before with over 90% accuracy. I can't find the article now, (maybe some of you search engine experts can find it on the internet) but under laboratory conditions a professor was able to accurately predict the draws by measuring all of the varibles I mentioned in another topic. So now maybe some of you lottery system inventors have something real you can base your software on.

A Winning Lottery System Does Exist!!

Lottery programs
I read a news article a very long time ago about a man that figure out one of the canadian lotteries and made a bundle. The lottery sued him, but it was thrown out of court. And before anyone has a hissy fit about being able to predict the lottery, the draws were picked by a RNG in a computer and there was a mistake in the code. And no, he didn't share.

Bigger jackpot means higher lottery sales
It also seems that large PB jackpots help the Hot Lotto game. (The article refers to West Virginia, which is one of the six HL states).

Lottery Vendors Object to Tenn.-Georgia Partnership
It's about time some of the other MANY lottery/gaming vendors spoke up about the problems inherent in the proposed GA/TN partnership . However, unsaid in the article (but probably strongly implied in the letter) is the strong probability of a lawsuit or lawsuits if the partnership goes through.Come on TN, wake up and smell the load of s that GA is feeding you!

Big games enter lottery's big picture
The article neglects to mention that MM will have a multiplier when Texas joins and starts selling tickets around the end of October. Informed sources say that the MM multiplier will not take the form of a separate drawing of multiplier numbers, but rather take the form of a separate, increased prize payout table for those who purchase the multiplier . And, rumors have it that it is possible that not all MM states will offer the multiplier when it is rolled out. Only time will tell on both coun
