Includes video report A Florida man finally has his lottery prize after a local media investigation exposed a state error. I can't believe I have the money, Joel Strickland of Winter Haven said. When Strickland won $1,000 in the lottery in 2017, state officials seized the money, saying he owed the state $5,300 to settle an old unemployment fraud claim. Strickland insisted there was an error and that he didn't owe anything, but the state's case was closed. Officials not only took his

Man who won millions from lottery during divorce case must share
had Michigan been an anonymous state, do you think he could have pulled a fast one It's been tried before. Maybe somebody has gotten away with it, but in at least one case it backfired badly with a judge awarding the entire prize to the ex-spouse. There's absolutely no reason that the claim form needs to inquire about marital status, and it doesn't. The lottery needs to know your taxpayer ID number, but other than withholding and remitting funds to the IRS they're not involved in your ta

$273M Mega Millions jackpot winner from NJ says he initially forgot the lottery ticket at the store
what's the harm in confirming it? They need to know he's actually the winner before confirming it. When the lottery declined to confirm him as the winner on Wednesday morning it may have been before they had even seen the ticket, and certainly not more than an hour or two after seeing it. This smells a bit like Jack Whittaker initially. I was thinking David Lee Edwards, with a touch

Deception

THEY COUNTER IT, It would take to COVER ALL repeating 8 formats multiple times with power up $500 just to be able to catch 2-4 numbers. They can't totally counter 8 formats but could counter what I play and the opposite which I have been doing since mid 2017, along with 6 other counters I didn't play. I am OVER TUNED with this SC Pick 5 Lottery, it's CHEATING US PLAYERS playing DEFENSE to PREVENT
