Boo PA. I think I'll just avoid them altogether. They know people go gaga over new tickets and at the rate they bring them out there are enough winners left in the old bunch to make some money on. Maybe that's part of the reason they bring them out EVERY SINGLE MONTH....so there is less play on the old ones so they can be retired along with their higher end prizes. Here is what i would do below. 1 Sign the ticket and get out of my house and go to a hotel for a few days. 2 Hire tax, lawyers, and have a bank of Cayman rep fly in to take part of this process. 3 Claim the ticket anonymous with trust account to hide my identity. 4 Move all the winnings out of the USA to Cayman Islands. I figure I need to clear 3MILs to retire right away since that is the amount I will earn if I work til I die, certainly not enough for big parties, travel, cars, investments ETC. @ that figure I might still work some jobs just to earn $6000 per year, the amount I'm allowed to contribute to a Roth IRA, that amount must be earned to qualify. Moral/Immoral ? don't know. But in basic fairness I would say for me any amount above 10 MILS. I should not be working a job that someone else
